Does it hurt when you get braces taken off?
I am going for my appointment tomorrow. What should i expect and what is the process?

Piece of cake. Its not the MOST fun youve ever had, but it doesnt really hurt.brbrThe orthodontist has special pliers designed to put just the right amount of force just where he needs it and POP the bands are off. They have something similar for the bonded brackets. They might have to use the quotdrillquot to polish off some residue from the bonding agent, but its not at all like havingn a cavity drilled.
