Does losing weight have to mean losing my boobs?
im , want to lose some weight..but this time slowly and healthily so that is stays off..if i do it like this, will my boobs still go?

man, probably? it depends. you can do exercises to build your muscles there so they get more firm and perky though. put your hands into fists and, sticking your elbows straight out to the sides, hold them together directly in front of your chest so you look kinda like i dream of jeanie but with your fists together instead of arms crossed and push your fists together as hard as you can then pretend they are stuck together like taffy and try to pull them apart as hard as you can. some other exercises include doing good old fashioned pushups which make for sexy arms too benchpressing with low weights high reps, or you could do chest flieslie flat on a bench or something with some weights. Start with the weights directly over your chest, palms facing each other, elbows slightly bent. Slowly lower the weights out to side, stopping at shoulder level do not arch back. Bring the weights back up over your chest, keeping your arms rounded like you are circling a huge ball. brbrthese may not necessarily INCREASE the size of your breasts, but it should give you a toned, firm, perky appearance if you do it enough. theres not much you can do about the size, breasts are mostly fat and when you lose fat, they get a little smaller. sorry! but i hope these exercises help!
